Passive Cedars, LLC is a solely owned investment & financing group that seeks to play a passive role in strategic businesses looking to expand and/or the creation of new ventures opportunities. The investment protocol for our opportunities involves 4 main characteristics:

• Generally the initial and/or first investor in the opportunity.
• Management team must be experienced & come from industry being discussed.
• Strict profit sharing investment (no equity) and is either fixed or sliding scale through time, but is in perpetuity.
• Matters that materially impact business strategy, development, revenue model, additional investors, direction of the business must be mutually agreed upon.
